Front Line Associates
Responsibilities
- Works in shifts
- Assists customers with money transfers and shipments
- Provides relevant information to customers and handles complaints
- Performs cashier duties
- Processes financial transactions in the WU POS system
- Prepares daily cash reconciliations
Job Requirements
- MBO level (secondary vocational education), working and thinking level
- Presentable and customer-friendly attitude
- Minimum 1 year of cashier/administrative work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Good command of Dutch and English. Communication in multiple languages is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, French)
- Minimum age: 25 years
